Shipping & Delivery

We ship from two warehouses depending on your delivery destination. All UK and
Worldwide orders are shipped from our UK warehouse, while all US orders are
shipped from our USA warehouse. This helps us get your order to you as quickly
as possible, wherever you're ordering from.

We aim to get orders out the door quickly - orders placed before 12pm (noon) are
usually shipped the same working day. Orders placed after this time, or over
the weekend, will be shipped on the next working day.

We offer a choice of delivery services with costs varying depending on the service you choose and the weight of your order. Exact options and pricing for your address are always shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. We also offer free UK standard shipping on orders over £50.

Yes, we ship worldwide. You can select your country from the selector on site and the delivery services and costs will be shown at the checkout. All UK and
Worldwide orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse.

Unfortunately, we're currently unable to ship to APO or FPO addresses.

Once an order has begun processing, we're unable to amend the shipping address. If
you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order, and we'll do our best to help
before it ships.

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking link. Please note that tracking updates at each scan point along the journey, so it may not update every single day while your parcel is in transit - this is completely normal.

For international orders, any applicable duties or taxes are calculated and shown to you at checkout, so there are no surprise fees when your order arrives.

First, please check all areas around your delivery address, including porches,
outbuildings, and with neighbours, as couriers will sometimes leave parcels in
a safe place nearby. If you still can't locate your order after checking, please get in touch with our team and we'll
be happy to help.
