We're happy to accept exchanges or returns on unwanted, unused items within 30 days
of receipt. Items must be in their original, unused condition to be eligible.

Our refunds cover the cost of the item(s) only - we're unable to refund the original shipping charge.

Once your return reaches us, please allow up to 7 working days for it to be
processed - though we always aim to turn refunds around as quickly as we can.
Once processed, refunds are issued to your original payment method and can take
a further 3–5 working days to show in your account, depending on your bank or
card provider.
