United StatesI love the brushes and the packaging they come in is so pretty, I had planned to keep the beautiful pink box they came in but my package had no bubble wrap or inner protection of any kind. When I opened my package the beautiful pink letter box the brushes came in was completely smashed and ripped, I was really surprised Spectrum didn't ship my order with any kind of inner protection or something. I guess I was lucky cause none of the items themselves where damaged but extremely disappointed that the boxes were so destroyed since I wanted to keep them. This was my first time ordering from Spectrum but if this is how they ship they're products I don't think I'll be buying from them again. With how expensive they're stuff is I would think they would be sent out with more care. I don't think I'm asking too much to want to get my order in one, undamaged, piece.
